The Lowell Small Business Assistance Center's
mission is to provide entrepreneurs from ethnically and economically
diverse groups with the education, tools, and resources necessary to create
sustain and expand small businesses and to assist, stabilize and grow existing
businesses through education and technical support.

Entrepreneurial
Support -
The Center offers a broad range of services and
support to individuals who are interested in starting a small business.
These services include education, counseling, legal assistance, financing
assistance, and mentoring.

 | Education - The Center offers seminars, workshops and classes on subjects that
are relevant to the operation of existing businesses

Crisis
Intervention - The Center works with small companies that are experiencing
difficulties and provides problem assessment, general counseling and specific
problem solving expertise.

Technical Assistance -
The Center administers a technical assistance
program for the City of Lowell that provides grants that increase the
capacity of existing small businesses. |
