Since its founding the Center has steadfastly avoided charging for its services.  This was done in the belief that charging would erect barriers to the very people we seek to serve.    Changes in the funding climate have forced us to reconsider that policy and introduce modest charges for our services.

These fees can be waived in the case of economic need.
